Customer Service Representative
This role is responsible for managing customer orders end-to-end, handling inquiries, and providing shipment information and documentation, while also supporting internal and external analysis needs. As part of a high-performance customer service team, the Customer Service Repersenative contributes to areas like logistics, terminal management, and billing, playing a key role in supporting and growing the business.

Description
Identifies customer needs and expectations, collaborating with the sales team to consistently meet or exceed service standards.
Oversees shipment processes to ensure deliveries are completed on time and within budget, aligning with both customer requirements commitments. Provides updates and expedites shipments when necessary.
Supports the sales team through post-sale customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction. Addresses and resolves customer concerns or escalates them when appropriate, ensuring lasting solutions.
Ensures accurate and timely entry of sales orders into the ERP system to prevent any disruption in product delivery.
Communicates weekly with the Sales and Marketing team about fluctuations in product demand to support proactive planning.
Maintains essential billing documentation (e.g., Proof of Delivery, Bills of Lading, Invoices) to support accounts receivable processes.

The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who serves as the critical link between customers, carriers, and internal operations. They thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring every shipment, order, and interaction runs smoothly and efficiently.
Job Offer
The salary range for this role is 75k-80k. This role has a hybrid work scheduling allowing candidates to work from home 2 days a week of their choice. This company has an excellent benefit program, covering up to 85% of medical, dental, and vision benefits.
