Construction Project Manager (SCA) - Brooklyn, NY
Join a leading construction firm specializing in public sector projects as a Project Manager overseeing School Construction Authority (SCA) work in Brooklyn. This is a high-impact role managing complex educational facility upgrades and new builds from pre-construction through closeout.

Description
- Lead SCA construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring compliance with NYC SCA standards and timelines.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain schedule, budget, and quality.
- Manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, and client communications.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with direct experience on NYC SCA projects.
- Strong knowledge of SCA procedures, DOB codes, and public sector construction standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
