Construction Traveling Project Manager (Nation Wide)
We are seeking a talented Traveling Project Manager to oversee ground-up and interior build-out projects for major retail and restaurant brands across the country. Description
Lead retail and restaurant construction projects nationwide from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
Coordinate with design teams, vendors, clients, and field staff to ensure on-time delivery.
Travel to project sites, oversee field operations, and provide hands-on leadership to ensure quality and safety.
Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client reporting.
Proactively resolve challenges while keeping projects aligned with client expectations.
Profile
7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in retail and/or restaurant projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in different locations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and client-facing communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (75-90%).
Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
