The Commercial Operations Manager will report into senior leadership and have full operational ownership of the commercial division.- Lead and manage superintendents, project managers, and field leadership
- Forecast manpower needs and align crews to project demands and skill sets
- Drive safety culture, daily huddles, training, and compliance across jobsites
- Oversee project execution, productivity tracking, and cost control
- Partner with preconstruction on estimates, planning, and key pursuits
- Lead weekly project reviews to ensure financial and operational performance
- Improve field efficiency, equipment utilization, and overtime management
Profile
For the Commercial Operations Manager role, we are seeking:- 10+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in concrete construction
- Proven background as a Superintendent, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong field knowledge with the ability to transition into senior operations leadership
- Experience managing multiple projects, teams, and schedules simultaneously
- High emotional intelligence with strength in conflict resolution and accountability
- Working knowledge of construction productivity tracking, safety programs, and logistics
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
Job Offer
- Base salary: $125,000+ (flexible for the right candidate)
- Discretionary annual bonus: typically 10-20%
