Project Manager- Fast Casual Restaurants

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the ground-up and renovation construction of fast-casual restaurant projects throughout South Florida, including national brands such as Chick-fil-A. This role will oversee projects from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

Description

• Manage multiple fast-track restaurant projects simultaneously from preconstruction through close-out

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking

• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

• Lead weekly project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders

• Oversee procurement, subcontracts, change orders, and pay applications

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and brand-specific requirements

• Drive problem-solving in the field to keep projects on schedule under aggressive timelines

Profile

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction

• Proven experience managing fast-casual or QSR projects (Chick-fil-A experience strongly preferred)

• Strong understanding of fast-track construction schedules and phased turnovers

• Background working with national retail/restaurant brands and strict corporate standards

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Proficient in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally throughout South Florida
