Project Manager- Fast Casual Restaurants
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the ground-up and renovation construction of fast-casual restaurant projects throughout South Florida, including national brands such as Chick-fil-A. This role will oversee projects from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

They are known for their repeat business with national brands, accelerated project schedules, and reputation for delivering high-quality builds on time and on budget.
Description
Manage multiple fast-track restaurant projects simultaneously from preconstruction through close-out
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Lead weekly project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
Oversee procurement, subcontracts, change orders, and pay applications
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and brand-specific requirements
Drive problem-solving in the field to keep projects on schedule under aggressive timelines
Profile
5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
Proven experience managing fast-casual or QSR projects (Chick-fil-A experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of fast-track construction schedules and phased turnovers
Background working with national retail/restaurant brands and strict corporate standards
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Proficient in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally throughout South Florida
