Client Account Coordinator
The Client Account Coordinator will manage client invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm and client guidelines. This role offers the opportunity to work with top attorneys in a fast-paced, professional environment with remote flexibility.

Description
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and submit client invoices and reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
Profile
A successful Client Account Coordinator should have:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- 4+ years of law firm experience utilizing either Aderant/Elite/3E
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing client information and documentation.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for account management and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
