Description
Client Sided
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored sales strategies to meet client requirements.
- Self identify / source leads utilizing linkedin, zoom info and other sales tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams working with similar client base to effectively cross sell our services into the sales / marketing sector.
- Run high impact / value based sales meetings with prospective clients.
- Work with clients on a consulting basis to manage their expectations, outline market trends, and help them successfully make hires.
- Track and report on sales performance and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry developments to effectively address client needs.
Candidate Sided:
- Leverage job postings, indeed, linkedin, referrals and other avenues to identify candidates.
- Interview / evaluate candidate profiles against client requirements.
- Gain both and on and off paper understanding of what your clients are looking for - and identify, source and send candidates that meet their needs.
- Work with candidates to consult and manage their expectations. Help prepare them for interviews, and help them secure job opportunities.

Profile
A successful Account Executive / Recruitment Consultant:
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the business services industry.
- Strong understanding of the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
- Willingness to work in a KPI driven environment.
- Ability to hit KPI's, generate revenue and be held to sales performance metrics.
- Ability to take coaching and feedback, and constantly improve your sales process.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 USD + a performance based bonus.
