Project Manager - Commercial Construction

This individual will manage projects from preconstruction through close‑out, with only light travel required (5-6 days per month). Description

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through close‑out
• Develop, maintain, and track project budgets, schedules, and forecasting
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor buy‑out, and contract administration
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
• Maintain all documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reports
• Support field teams and collaborate closely with Superintendents
• Travel 5-6 days per month to project sites as needed
• Contribute to company‑wide initiatives with a long‑term leadership mindset

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
• Proven track record leading ground‑up or renovation projects
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and construction documentation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Interest in senior leadership pathways and long‑term career advancement
