Description

• Lead all phases of ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Manage budgets, schedules, and contract administration to ensure successful project delivery.

• Collaborate with superintendents, owners, architects, and subcontractors to maintain seamless communication.

• Oversee subcontractor procurement, scope review, and contract negotiations.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications.

• Provide leadership to project teams, mentoring junior staff and fostering a culture of accountability.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.

• Proven track record managing ground-up commercial projects from $20M+.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and cost management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with a commitment to delivering excellence.
