Project Manager- Tilt Wall Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale Tilt Wall construction projects across South Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing industrial, warehouse, and self-storage builds.

Description
Manage all phases of Tilt Wall projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with field superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams.
Ensure all project milestones, safety standards, and quality requirements are met.
Review and manage contracts, submittals, and change orders.
Lead project meetings with ownership, design professionals, and trade partners.
Anticipate and resolve issues proactively to maintain timelines and profitability.
Mentor and support junior staff, fostering professional growth and accountability.
Profile
Minimum 5-10 years of commercial construction management experience, with direct experience in Tilt Wall projects.
Proven track record managing large industrial, warehouse, or self-storage builds exceeding $10M in value.
Strong technical understanding of Tilt Wall methods, sequencing, and coordination.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain client satisfaction under tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
