Project Manager- Tilt Wall Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale Tilt Wall construction projects across South Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing industrial, warehouse, and self-storage builds.

Description

• Manage all phases of Tilt Wall projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with field superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams.

• Ensure all project milestones, safety standards, and quality requirements are met.

• Review and manage contracts, submittals, and change orders.

• Lead project meetings with ownership, design professionals, and trade partners.

• Anticipate and resolve issues proactively to maintain timelines and profitability.

• Mentor and support junior staff, fostering professional growth and accountability.

Profile

• Minimum 5-10 years of commercial construction management experience, with direct experience in Tilt Wall projects.

• Proven track record managing large industrial, warehouse, or self-storage builds exceeding $10M in value.

• Strong technical understanding of Tilt Wall methods, sequencing, and coordination.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain client satisfaction under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
