HR Coordinator
The HR Coordinator will support the human resources department by performing administrative tasks and assisting with HR-related processes in a fast-paced financial services environment. This temporary position is based in New York and offers an opportunity to work closely with HR professionals in a structured and professional setting.

Description
- Provide administrative support to the human resources department, including data entry and document management.
- Assist with recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
- Support onboarding activities, ensuring all new hire documentation is completed and accurate.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of HR reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and practices.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Profile
A successful HR Coordinator should have:
- A strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
- Must have 2-5 years of experience in HR/Recruitment within financial services to be considered!
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
