Executive Assistant to the CEO
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and strategic initiatives. This is a temporary opportunity within the Not For Profit industry, ideal for a professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills. This role is on-site in Boston & will be Temp-Hire.

Description
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in planning and executing events, conferences, and engagements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Track and manage expenses, ensuring timely reporting and reconciliation.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO and other executive team members as needed.

Profile
A successful Executive Assistant to the CEO should have:
- 3-7+ years of experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Experience managing confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
