Registrar

This role will oversee all aspects of artwork logistics, including shipping, receiving, condition reporting, inventory management, and database maintenance. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience coordinating with artists, collectors, shippers, and institutions to ensure the safe handling and accurate documentation of artworks.

Description

• Manage the receipt, shipping, and handling of artworks with utmost care
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the gallery's art database
• Prepare and review condition reports for all incoming and outgoing works
• Coordinate logistics with artists, collectors, shippers, and museums
• Ensure proper storage and installation of artworks according to conservation standards
• Assist with exhibition planning and artwork transportation schedules
• Collaborate closely with curatorial, sales, and installation teams to support gallery operations
• Oversee compliance with customs and insurance requirements for international shipments
