Description
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and general recruitment logistics
- Provide administrative support across key HR functions
- Assist with onboarding processes including paperwork collection, system entry, and orientation scheduling
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy within HRIS systems
- Support reporting, compliance tracking, and employee documentation
- Help facilitate HR initiatives, training sessions, and department-wide projects
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders and candidates
Profile
- 1-2 years of HR coordination or administrative experience
- Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS familiarity preferred
- Professional, discreet, and team-focused approach
