HR Coordinator - Retail - Brooklyn, NY (5 days) - Up to $70K

Description
- Coordinate day-to-day HR activities including recruiting support, onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
- Handle benefits administration tasks such as COBRA, billing reconciliations, and employee inquiries.
- Support office management responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and professional work environment.
- Assist with payroll-related tasks as needed.
- Partner with remote HR leadership on various projects and administrative duties.
Profile
- 1-3 years of HR coordination or related experience in a professional environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Fully onsite in Brooklyn; able to work independently as the main HR contact.
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now is helpful, but not required)
- Poised and professional with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
