HR Director - Marlborough, Mass 3 days in office, $150k-$180k
We're seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Director to lead our U.S. HR function. This is a true generalist role with a strong emphasis on coaching, leadership development, and continuous improvement. You'll report directly to the Global VP of HR and manage a team of four, driving initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen leadership capabilities, and align HR strategy with business goals.
Located in Marlborough, Mass - hybrid schedule, 3 days a week onsite
$150k-$180k (depending on experience) + bonus and great benefits

Description
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to managers and leaders across the organization.
- Oversee core HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Champion initiatives that promote employee engagement, DEI, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive change management and organizational development efforts.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with global HR counterparts to ensure consistency and alignment across regions.
Profile
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Strong generalist background with expertise in coaching, employee relations, and talent development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree required; HR certification or advanced degree a plus.
