Customer Success - Waterbury - Metal Fabrication
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the manufacturing sector.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Drive sales growth by promoting the company's products and services, highlighting their value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and differentiation.

Description
Manage all aspects of customer service, including order entry, tracking, and release for shipment through the ERP system.
Provide customers with timely updates on products, orders, and deliveries.
Respond to inquiries promptly via phone and email with professionalism and excellent communication skills.
Present and promote products and services to clients in a clear, solution-oriented manner.
Process product returns and customer complaints, serving as the lead investigator for assigned fulfillment issues.
Collaborate with Production Planning to align on schedules, lead times, and inventory availability to ensure on-time delivery.
Partner with management to address shipment delays, stock-out risks, and other service concerns.
Support the Sales team by understanding customer requirements, making proactive sales calls, and assisting in account development.
Research accounts, identify key contacts, and prospect new opportunities using professional outreach methods.
Build and strengthen long-term business relationships with new and existing clients.
Foster collaboration across teams, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and lead by example.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or at least 2+ years of relevant customer service or inside sales experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and customer-facing platforms preferred.
Job Offer
