A dynamic financial services firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team. This role will support key HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, employee records management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, professional environment. On-site 4 days in Midtown up to $65K.

A dynamic financial services firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team. This role will support key HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, employee records management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, professional environment. On-site 4 days in Midtown up to $65K.
Description
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain HRIS and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries
- Support compliance initiatives and policy updates
- Help coordinate training sessions and internal communications
Profile
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in financial or professional services
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office;
- Able to work on-site in Midtown Manhattan 4 days a week
