HR Generalist

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our client's fast-paced team. This role will support day-to-day HR operations and play a key role in talent management, employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration.

Client Details

Our client is a dynamic mid-sized financial services firm specializing in asset management, private equity, and strategic advisory services.

Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees

• Assist in performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and learning & development efforts

• Manage and update HRIS (we use ADP Workforce Now) to ensure accuracy of employee data

• Support benefits administration and open enrollment in partnership with our broker

• Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies

• Partner with department leaders on employee relations matters and internal communications

Profile

• 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, professional services or finance environment

• Experience with HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now a plus

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
