HR Generalist
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our client's fast-paced team. This role will support day-to-day HR operations and play a key role in talent management, employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration.
Client Details
Our client is a dynamic mid-sized financial services firm specializing in asset management, private equity, and strategic advisory services.
Description
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees
Assist in performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and learning & development efforts
Manage and update HRIS (we use ADP Workforce Now) to ensure accuracy of employee data
Support benefits administration and open enrollment in partnership with our broker
Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies
Partner with department leaders on employee relations matters and internal communications
Profile
2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, professional services or finance environment
Experience with HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now a plus
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
