Finance/HR Manager
The Accounting/HR Manager will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance, while also managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws for a prestigious international luxury goods brand. This dual-role position offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's success by ensuring efficient operations in both accounting and human resources on a global scale.

My client is a prestigious international luxury goods brand recognized for its high-end products and exceptional craftsmanship. With a global presence and a commitment to excellence, they are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Accounting/HR Manager to join their dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing both the financial and human resource functions, ensuring the seamless operation of our business across international markets.
Description
Finance (80%)
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Liaise with auditors for quarterly and yearly audit.
- Liaise with banks - bank reconciliations, payments, submission of monthly reports to banks and bank audits.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
- Assist in financial audits and coordinate with external accountants.
- Coordinates with larger team based out at India.
Admin & HR (20%)
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain HR compliance, including employee records, benefits administration, and labor law adherence.
- Handle general office administration, vendor management, and operational support.
Profile
- Finance/accounting background with experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and bank relationships.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, HR compliance, and administrative operations.
- Strong understanding of credit lines and banking processes.
- Experience working in SME environments where versatility is key.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
