Team Administrative Coordinator
Our client is a global finance firm who is seeking a Team Assistant to support their growing Manhattan office. You will have prior experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant, be able to work in a fast paced environment, and be immediately available to join a contract role.
The Team Assistant will be organized, detailed, and be able to manage busy calendars.

- Provide general administrative support to the team including but phone/email management, booking travel arrangements, handle expense and invoice processing, etc.
- Assist with managing meetings including the logistics, invitations, agendas, meeting minutes, and papers
- Use initiative and judgment to ensure matters are dealt with expeditiously and appropriately, identifying those which should be referred / known to others
- Assist with the on boarding and exit processes for members of the Team, as needed
- Partner with other offices and the New York Corporate receptionist and the Team Coordinator New York
- Provide Reception coverage during their lunch breaks, vacations, and other leaves
- Assist with ad hoc back-up general office support
Profile
- Prior experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant (5+ years)
- Strongly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other technological software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Demonstrated high-level organizational skills, and ability to work proactively.
- Ability to work under pressure, setting and managing multiple conflicting priorities within specified time frames.
- Must be extremely detailed and have a high-level of attention to detail
- Experience in financial services industry is a plus
- Location: Midtown Manhattan
- Duration: Contract
