HR Admin
Our client is seeking an on-site HR Administrator for a full-time, Monday-Friday position. Key responsibilities include maintaining personnel files, supporting onboarding, managing HR documentation, and assisting with employee inquiries and internal communications.

Description
Maintain and organize employee personnel files and handle HR-related mail distribution.
Assist with onboarding and orientation, including preparing new hire packages and tracking probation periods.
Support HR documentation such as disciplinary actions, wage notifications, and termination paperwork.
Update and manage HR reports and calendars.
Address employee questions about payroll, attendance, and benefits in coordination with HR and Payroll Managers.
Help draft and distribute internal HR communications.
Contribute to special HR projects and general administrative initiatives.
Profile
The successful candidate for this role is a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. They should have up to one year experience in Human Resources or a related field, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment while handling sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
