HR Business Partner
This confidential role will serve as the primary HR leader onsite, supporting a 3-shift manufacturing workforce and directly supervising one HR team member. The HRBP will work closely with frontline supervisors, plant leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives around performance management, manager coaching, and employee development.

This 3 shift manufacturing site is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their leadership team for their 400 person site in Dewey-Humboldt.
Description
Serve as the primary HR leader for the Dewey-Humboldt site, overseeing day-to-day HR operations.
Coach and support managers and supervisors across all shifts to build leadership capabilities and improve team performance.
Lead performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, evaluations, and development plans.
Design and deliver training programs to support employee development, compliance, and onboarding.
Partner with plant leadership to develop workforce strategies that align with operational goals.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
Maintain HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Oversee HR data and reporting, including headcount tracking, turnover metrics, and training completion.
Manage and develop the onsite HR Coordinator/Generalist.
Profile
6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Proven experience coaching managers and supporting performance and development initiatives.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
Experience working with hourly and shift-based populations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
