HR Manager
The HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources for our growing organization of 100 employees. This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for overseeing HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will be a confident HR generalist, capable of scaling people practices, building culture, and supporting leaders across departments.

Description
HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and growth plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all human capital matters.
- Drive culture-building initiatives and employee engagement efforts.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Oversee recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Partner with department heads to define hiring needs and timelines
- Lead a structured onboarding process to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
Training & Development
- Design and implement employee training programs to support skills development, compliance, and career growth.
- Oversee mandatory training such as safety protocols, and role-specific compliance requirements.
- Support managers with coaching, performance feedback, and professional development planning.
- Lead performance review cycles and support managers with goal setting and feedback.
- Identify training and development needs; coordinate or deliver learning programs.
Workplace Safety & Compliance
- Serve as the point of contact for all safety-related protocols, trainings, and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other workplace health and safety regulations.
- Lead safety committees, coordinate drills, and maintain incident logs and corrective action plans.
- Partner with Facilities and Operations to assess and mitigate workplace risks
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Conduct stay interviews, pulse checks, and exit interviews to gather insights.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure legal compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and time-off tracking.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred - SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic HR role.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
