Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will play an essential role in providing support to the Human Resources department in the Business Services industry. This temporary position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Description
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with new hires.
- Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when required.
- Manage and update HR databases with employee information and other relevant data.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Handle additional administrative tasks to support the department's efficiency.

Profile
A successful Administrative Assistant should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in an administrative or Human Resources support role is preferred.
