Accounting & Administrative Assistant
We're looking for a dedicated Accounting/Admin Assistant to support our Energy & Infrastructure Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and administrative work.
Client Details
Our client is an international trading company and prominent player in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. They are a large organization based in New York.
Description
- Support the Energy & Infrastructure Department in daily accounting and administrative tasks
- Issues invoices and process payments
- Manage payments and cashflow
- Provide accounting support (banking, bookkeeping, document filing)
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Profile
A successful Accounting/Admin Assistant should have:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping
- Experience with SAP Concur
- Fluent in English, conversational Japanese a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Offer
- A competitive hourly rate and flexible part-time schedule
- 9am-5pm 3 days a week, then full-time schedule after converting permanent
