Admin Assistant
This Administrative Assistant role supports senior leadership with calendar management, travel coordination, expense reports, meeting scheduling, and daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while interacting professionally with executives and clients.

Description
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for Managing Directors and Directors
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car services
- Process and track expense reports and reimbursements
- Prepare and proofread presentations, reports, letters, and other documents
- Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, visitor logistics, and meal arrangements
- Serve as a point of contact for senior management, clients, and executive assistants
- Answer phones and provide day-to-day administrative support
- Maintain organized filing, faxing, copying, and general office tasks
- Anticipate scheduling needs and prepare materials for meetings and activities
- Assist with ad hoc projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Profile
A successful Admin Assistant should have:
- Strong experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent phone manner
- Ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and clients
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
- Proficient in preparing presentations, reports, and professional correspondence
- High energy level with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- College degree preferred or equivalent administrative experience
Job Offer
- Hourly pay in the range of $20 to $24, depending on experience and qualifications.
