Administrative Assistant

Michael Page Manhattan, NY (Onsite) Full-Time
$23.00 - $25.00/Hour

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the organization's CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role will be Contract to Hire and on-site Monday through Friday. A completed Bachelors Degree is required.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for efficient access and retrieval.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of team events and meetings.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
  • Support special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Administrative Assistant should have:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Previous experience in the business services industry or a similar environment is a plus.
