HR & Onboarding Coordinator - Woodbridge, NJ - $75K-$85K
Exciting hybrid opportunity to join a dynamic HR team at a global bank in their Woodbridge, New Jersey office as an HR and Onboarding Coordinator. This role will focus on the administration of HR processes and onboarding, with benefits and payroll experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Description
- Provide world-class care to candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Administer the employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all HR data is up to date in the global HR system (UKG Pro).
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filings and year-end procedures across all locations.
- Support US open enrollment and UK benefits annual enrollment processes.

Profile
- Previous experience in HR administration, with a focus on onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with US payroll and benefits a plus.
- Familiarity with UKG Pro, Greenhouse ATS, or Active preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer service-oriented approach with a helpful and patient demeanor.
