Administrative Assistant

The client is an elite global law firm based in Redwood City, serving major corporations and financial institutions with expertise in corporate transactions, capital markets, and regulatory matters. The office is part of a network that collaborates across international hubs to deliver sophisticated legal solutions for complex, high-stakes issues.
Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting and revising legal documents, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings and travel.
- Handle client billing and expense tracking with accuracy, while maintaining organized files and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for attorneys and staff, managing calls, correspondence, and special projects with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a more efficient workflow across the team.

Profile
- Brings at least five years of experience in a high-performing Am Law 100 firm, with proven ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, exceptional communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment, showing flexibility, sound judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality and client service excellence.
- Possesses a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills to anticipate needs and deliver solutions effectively.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $130,000 USD.
