Receptionist & Administrative Assistant
As the Receptionist, you will work 2-3 days in the office as the main point of contact for the San Francisco office. The Receptionist will meet & greet incoming visitors, assist with administrative tasks, and be the office go-to.

- Meet & greet incoming visitors to the office
- Answer phone calls & emails and answer them in a timely manner
- Handle reimbursements & expenses through Concur
- Input invoices into PeopleSoft
- Assist executives with international & domestic travel coordination
- Ensure the office and reception area is organized and tidy
- Manage and schedule the conference rooms for meetings and events
- Assist with catering orders for large meetings, as needed
- Communicate messages to the appropriate employee within the office
- Distribute mail and packages throughout the office
- Order office supplies and inventory and adhere to budgets
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks
Profile
- 1-2 years of Receptionist/Front Desk experience
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco (2-3x per week)
- Prior experience arranging travel, handling expenses and managing calendars
- Strongly proficient with Microsoft Office & Google Suite
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Clear communication, both written & verbal
- Ability to commit to an on-going contract
