Bilingual Accounting Administrative Assistant

To provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative, and accounting support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization, with particular emphasis on accurate and timely financial management.

A government-affiliated office representing the interests of a specific European region, focused on fostering cultural, economic, and institutional relationships abroad. The organization works to promote regional initiatives, support international partnerships, and serve as a liaison between local and global stakeholders.

Description

  • Perform a wide range of secretarial, administrative, and accounting duties.

  • Oversee daily accounting functions, including invoice processing, expense tracking, reconciliations, and maintaining up-to-date financial records.

  • Assist with budget tracking and preparation of financial reports.

  • Provide professional customer service and reception support to visitors.

  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring efficient and accurate responses.

  • Handle the sending and receiving of official correspondence and documents.

  • Organize and coordinate agendas, meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

  • Draft, type, and format letters, reports, and other communications.

  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation for both administrative and accounting purposes.

  • Update and manage databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.

Profile

  • Previous experience in administrative and accounting roles, preferably in a similar environment.

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

  • Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in both administrative and financial tasks.

  • Professional communication skills and customer service orientation.
