Bilingual Accounting Administrative Assistant
To provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative, and accounting support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization, with particular emphasis on accurate and timely financial management.

The organization works to promote regional initiatives, support international partnerships, and serve as a liaison between local and global stakeholders.
Description
Perform a wide range of secretarial, administrative, and accounting duties.
Oversee daily accounting functions, including invoice processing, expense tracking, reconciliations, and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
Assist with budget tracking and preparation of financial reports.
Provide professional customer service and reception support to visitors.
Manage incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring efficient and accurate responses.
Handle the sending and receiving of official correspondence and documents.
Organize and coordinate agendas, meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Draft, type, and format letters, reports, and other communications.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation for both administrative and accounting purposes.
Update and manage databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
Profile
