Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This temporary role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to excel in a fast-paced business services environment.

Description
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining employee records and files.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Support the recruitment process by managing job postings and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining onboarding materials.
- Prepare and organize HR reports, documents, and presentations.
- Coordinate employee events and activities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Profile
A successful Administrative Assistant should have:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks efficiently.
- MUST have Concur experience as well as experience working within financial services.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in supporting Human Resources functions is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
