Description

  • Overseeing all scheduling and calendar management for key professionals, including organizing client meetings, lunches, dinners, and travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car services).
  • Coordinating travel logistics and handling all travel-related bookings, as well as managing expense submissions for office leaders.

  • Acting as a liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders, including handling phone calls, written correspondence, and ensuring smooth coordination across various parties.

  • Assisting with office facilities needs, such as receiving vendors and collaborating with the Corporate Services team, as well as supporting printing and document formatting requirements

  • Providing general administrative support, including managing confidential information, assisting with presentations, and ensuring the smooth execution of tasks within agreed time frames.
  • The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Profile

  • A successful candidate for this role would be someone with at least 10-12 years of experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist, preferably within a professional or financial services environment.
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
