Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in providing efficient, organized support within a warehouse office environment in the Bronx. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to stay organized and proactive in a fast‑paced, operations‑driven setting.

Description
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Maintain and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle incoming communications and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide general office support, including filing and record-keeping.
Profile
A successful Administrative Assistant should have:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in administrative or secretarial roles within Manufacturing, or Distribution is a MUST
