Human Resources Administrator
The HR Admin supports the Human Resources Manager by performing a wide range of administrative and operational HR duties, from hiring to employee off boarding.

Our client is a global leader in premium catering and hospitality services, renowned for delivering exceptional culinary experiences across three core areas: airline catering, international event catering, and restaurant and hotel services.
Description
Personnel File Management: Maintain employee records, ensure proper documentation, and handle day-to-day filing and mail distribution for the HR department.
On boarding & Orientation Support: Prepare new hire packages, create employee files, track probation periods, and assist with on boarding programs.
HR Documentation: Prepare and track disciplinary actions, status change letters, wage notifications, and termination paperwork.
HR Reporting & Calendar Management: Maintain HR activity reports and ensure HR calendars are up to date.
Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding attendance, payroll, and benefits, working closely with the HR and Payroll Managers to resolve issues.
Internal Communication: Assist in creating and distributing internal memos and HR-related communications.
Project Assistance: Support special HR projects and ongoing administrative initiatives as needed.
Profile
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented HR professional with 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role within a Human Resources department. They are proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where they can manage multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
