Administrative Assistant

$23.00 - $28.00/Hour

The Administrative Assistant will support the CTO with administrative & executive support. This role requires excellent communication skills, organization, and discretion for confidential matters. This role will be Contract to Hire and will be on-site Monday to Friday.

Description

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars for the CTO.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for team members.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
  • Assist in organizing company events or meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the department's goals.

Profile

  • A successful Administrative Assistant should have:
  • Bachelors Degree - must be completed
  • 1-2 years of previous Administrative work - in a corporate setting, internship, or school setting.
  • Ability to work on-site Monday to Friday in the Financial District
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • Adaptability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
