Responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing and proofreading legal documents, organizing case files, and assisting with client communications. The office is part of a network that collaborates across international hubs to deliver sophisticated legal solutions for complex, high-stakes issues.

Description

  • Draft, revise, and manage legal documents and correspondence while reviewing incoming mail and handling calls professionally with accurate message delivery.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for principals, ensuring smooth client and internal interactions.
  • Process attorney time and expenses, prepare and track client invoices, and calculate financial details related to billing.
  • Organize files, manage office supplies like printers and copiers, assist with reception coverage, and support special projects as needed.

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working at an Am Law 100 firm, demonstrating deep familiarity with high-level legal operations and professional standards.
  • Manage a diverse workload with flexibility, meeting deadlines while adapting to unexpected changes and maintaining punctuality and reliability.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with lawyers and staff while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Utilize advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other applications to support daily tasks and projects.
  • Deliver clear, accurate communication through excellent writing, proofreading, and verbal skills, ensuring speed and precision in typing.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of all firm and client information while handling sensitive documentation with care.
