Administrative Assistant (Office Management)
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of this 40 person office. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Client Details
This role is with a large investment management firm headquarted out of Greenwich, CT. Their Charlotte location houses many of their back-office teams and is going to grow significantly in 2026.
Description
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for team members.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized and efficient.
- Provide administrative support for various projects as needed.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Assist with planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Profile
A successful Administrative Assistant (Office Management) should have:
- 5+ years of administrative or office managemerial experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in office management or administrative roles within the financial services industry.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
