Administrative Assistant/Concierge
Our client is a Real Estate firm who is seeking a Administrative Assistant / Concierge to support our CEO with daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality experience and be able to assist with personal & business tasks.
This role required a valid & clean driver's license.

Description
- Assist the CEO with personal tasks such as picking up dry cleaning, bank runs, lunch orders, etc.
- Manage & maintain the CEO's personal vehicle - driving the vehicle for service, inspections, registration, insurance
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel
- Handle personal errands, appointments, and tasks as required
Profile
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred
- Must have a valid & clean driver's license
- Flexible, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
- In-office Monday through Friday with occasional evening or weekend availability
