Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will support the CTO with administrative & executive support. This role requires excellent communication skills, organization, and discretion for confidential matters. This role will be Contract to Hire and will be on-site Monday to Friday.

Description
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars for the CTO.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for team members.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the department's goals.

Profile
- A successful Administrative Assistant should have:
- Bachelors Degree - must be completed
- 1-2 years of previous Administrative work - in a corporate setting, internship, or school setting.
- Ability to work on-site Monday to Friday in the Financial District
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Adaptability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
