Gift Processing Administrative Assistant
The Part-Time Gift Processing Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of donations to support the organization's mission. This temporary position in the not-for-profit sector requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential information.

- Process donations promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Maintain donor records and update the database with relevant information.
- Generate and distribute acknowledgment letters and receipts for donations.
- Assist in preparing reports related to fundraising and donor contributions.
- Collaborate with the finance and fundraising teams to reconcile donation records.
- Handle donor inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Profile
A successful Gift Processing Assistant should have:
- Proficiency in data entry and database management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in the not-for-profit sector or fundraising is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to commit to a part-time & contract schedule.
- Starting in November 2025 through January 22026, 10am or 10am-2pm.
