Investor Relations Administrative Assistant
This global investment firm is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support its Investor Relations and Marketing teams. The role requires exceptional multitasking ability, attention to detail, and professionalism to manage scheduling, event coordination, travel, and administrative processes in a fast-paced environment. Description
- Manage heavy internal and external scheduling for Investor Relations and Marketing teams
- Track investor communications, calls, meetings, and departmental processes
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and biographies
- Coordinate detailed travel arrangements and itineraries
- Assist with planning and execution of client events
- Process expense reports for the department
- Support ad-hoc projects including philanthropy and brand management initiatives
- Provide reception coverage as needed (onsite, 7:30am - 5:00pm)
Profile
- 5+ years of administrative experience, ideally within financial services
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with event planning preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Mature, professional, and able to exercise sound judgment
- Strong sense of ownership, pride in work, and commitment to excellence
- BA/BS degree preferred
