Description
The Administrative Assistant / Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Responsible for the preparation, distribution, review, and final processing of contracts, ensuring compliance with all contracting policies
- Requires communication skills, proactive attitude, proficiency with technology, and the ability to learn new technologies
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Great visitors at first point of contact
- Expedite paperwork
- Efficiency in MS Office
Profile
The successful Administrative Assistant / Coordinator will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in construction as an Administrative Assistant, Coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
Job Offer
The Administrative Assistant / Coordinator will receive:
- Base salary up to $70K
- 3 weeks PTO + 14 holidays
