Office Administrative Assistant
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join their team and support daily office operations. In this role, you will provide administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, and handling phone inquiries.

Description
- Provide administrative support to office staff and leadership
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners
- Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Transcribe meeting minutes and prepare reports as needed
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as necessary
- Assist with customer support and service-related inquiries
- Prepare and submit weekly payroll
- Assist in processing payments and invoices
Profile
- Prior experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Familiarity with LCMs, QuickBooks, DEP ARTs System, SCA EnFo, and other relevant platforms is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Proficient in clerical procedures and office management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capable of multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn
